Over the course of the past 13 years, I have spent countless hours providing writers and webmasters with free friendly tips on how to correct spelling and grammar errors in their written material. From the feedback I received I decided that since proofreading and editing help was so desperately needed I should build a business around something I truly enjoy doing, while at the same time providing a valuable service to business owners and writers.

A straight A student throughout my school years, I excelled in reading, English and spelling. When I was 43 years old and knowing I needed to learn to use a computer to fit in to the world as it was going, I took computerized medical office technology at the Rolla Technical Institute, where I quickly became the unofficial proofreader for my teacher and fellow classmates. I've been a home-based business owner for 13 years which has included operating a desk top publishing company. For eleven of those years I've been the publisher of Rim Digest, one of the longest running weekly ezines in the Internet Marketing industry.
